School Subscription Giveaway

We are giving away 10 x QLAMaster school subscriptions (single subject, 12 months) to help schools turn exam data into clear insights and personalised revision plans – in minutes, not hours.

You can enter on behalf of your own school or your child's school via the official QLAMaster Facebook giveaway post.

Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A purchase or payment will not increase your chances of winning. This promotion is void where prohibited.

1. Sponsor

This giveaway is sponsored by QLAMASTER LTD (trading as "QLAMaster"), 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom (the "Sponsor").

2. Eligibility

• Open worldwide to individuals aged 18 or over at the time of entry.
• Participants may enter on behalf of:
  • their own school, or
  • their child's school.
• Limit: one (1) entry per person.
• Only one (1) prize per school may be awarded.
• Employees, officers, and directors of QLAMASTER LTD, and their immediate family members or households, are not eligible to enter.

3. How to enter

During the Giveaway Period (see Section 4), participants must, on Facebook:

1. Like the giveaway post.
2. Share the giveaway post publicly (so that the share can be verified).
3. Comment the name of the school they want to win a subscription.

All three steps must be completed on Facebook for a valid entry. Entries that are incomplete, illegible, fraudulent, or duplicated may be disqualified at the Sponsor's discretion.

4. Giveaway Period

Entries will be accepted from 09:00 (UK time) on 3 December 2025 until 23:59 (UK time) on 1 January 2026 (the "Giveaway Period"). Entries received before or after the Giveaway Period will not be eligible.

5. Prize

A total of ten (10) schools will each receive:

• One (1) QLAMaster subscription for a single subject, valid for 12 months for school use.

No cash or other prize alternative is available. The prize is non-transferable and may not be sold, traded, or substituted, except that the Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

6. Winner selection

• Winners will be chosen at random from all eligible entries using an impartial, computer-generated random selection tool (for example, Random.org or Commentpicker.com).
• Selection will take place within 72 hours after the Giveaway Period ends.
• The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

7. Winner notification

• Winners will be contacted via direct message from the official QLAMaster Facebook account.
• Winners may also be announced publicly on QLAMaster's Facebook page or other official channels.
• Winners must respond within 7 days of the initial notification to claim the prize.
• If a winner does not respond within 7 days, cannot be contacted, or is found to be ineligible, the Sponsor may, at its discretion, award the prize to an alternate eligible entrant.

8. Verification

Before a prize is confirmed, winners may be required to provide:

• Contact name;
• School name;
• Email address for subscription activation;
• Confirmation that the nominated school has not already won a prize in this giveaway.

The Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility and to withdraw or refuse a prize if verification is not provided within a reasonable time.

9. Limitation of liability

By entering, participants agree that QLAMaster, its parent company, affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury of any kind arising from or in connection with:

• participation in the giveaway;
• any technical malfunctions, interruptions, or failures; or
• acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize.

Nothing in these Official Rules shall exclude or limit any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

10. Platform disclaimer

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook. By entering, participants release Facebook from any responsibility related to the giveaway.

11. Privacy

Information collected from winners is used solely for contacting winners and for delivering and administering the prize (including setting up the QLAMaster subscription). Personal data will be handled in line with QLAMaster's published Privacy Policy.

12. General conditions

The Sponsor reserves the right to:

• cancel, suspend, or amend the giveaway and/or these Official Rules if it becomes necessary to do so (for example, due to fraud, technical issues, or events beyond its reasonable control); and
• disqualify any individual it reasonably believes to be tampering with the entry process or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.

Where required by law, these Official Rules shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
